Vacuum Brazing

Vacuum brazing offers several advantages as the parts come out of the process clean and free of any discoloration and that the entire product is heated during the process. Full heating ensures good process control, which can limit unwanted distortion from local heating. Furthermore, brazing processes can also be perfectly combined with heat treatment of the base material such as hardening, solution annealing and magnetic annealing.

Due to the precise process control, vacuum brazing offers the option of using brazing alloys that match the chosen base material very well in terms of chemical and mechanical properties.
